Mass Games
Frightening and beautiful in it’s sheer, well…mass (circa 120,000 participants sometimes to celebrate the birthday of 1), the North Korean Airang (Grand Mass Gymnastics) shows just what kind of effect a certain kind of political leadership can have on its people.
Now if only that same sort of energy and togetherness could be applied towards some other purpose? By the way, the first image you see, is a couple hundred thousand people holding cards.
